When David tweeted from the UK that he was ‘into’ PLAIDS, he certainly wasn’t kidding! And while he has favoured the occasional plaid in many a public appearance in the past, it is in the current summer tour that David decided to unleash his ‘plaid fetish’ in full fervour upon us!
So here’s our ‘plaid parade’ of his snazzy collection – some being the doing of cool stylists or fan gifts, others personally hand-picked by our ‘plaid boy’ on his many a shopping rendezvous around the world! It almost seems like if a plaid tickled David’s fancy, he would have it in every shade available!
Anyway, no prizes for guessing which plaid he paraded where… but it would be nice to hear which is your favourite David plaid! Comment if you like!

Walking down the AI8 Finale red carpet amidst shrieking and screaming fans, David looks every bit a superstar and no longer the timid little boy of season 7 – stylishly clad in cool blue plaids and some even cooler sneakers, all the while flashing that trademark gorgeous smile of his! While his endearing dorkiness still surfaces here and there in interviews, David’s certainly found his style groove – and was even named among the best dressed of the day! Well, you can’t really go wrong with the dapper rolled-up sleeves shirt with tie, and oh-so-casual sneakers, peppered with lots of sunshiney smiles, can you? That is, if you have that sincere yet youthful exuberance to carry it off. And to top it off, David naturally oozes an angelic positive glow – like a breath of springy fresh air – as he ramble-sings his way around the press and fans, and leaves a trail of happy vibes!
